Chord Variations

Chord Variations is an AI tool that aims to help musicians generate a new chord progression by adding chords to their existing progression. The user can select the root note of the chord from the available options, which include all 12 notes of the Western musical scale. Additionally, the user can also select the chord quality from the available options such as Major, Minor, Diminished, Augmented, Dominant 7th, Major 7th, Minor 7th, Diminished 7th, and add9. The user can create a chord progression with up to five chords, and they can remove an added chord by clicking the red button. Once the chords are selected, the user can click on the 'Generate' button, and the tool uses OpenAI GPT-4 to create variations on the user's chosen chords. The tool does take some time to generate the variations, so the user is informed that it might take a minute before the generation process completes. The user can stop the generation process by clicking on the 'Stop' button. Chord Variations is a powerful tool that musicians can use to create new and unique chord progressions with ease. The tool is powered by OpenAI GPT-4, which means it leverages advanced machine learning algorithms to learn and generate music.
