AI-Responder for HostAway, developed by AI Duh, is a Chrome extension designed to significantly optimize writing time by generating AI-powered responses. The inherent purpose of this tool is to automate written communication for hosts, specifically catered towards the HostAway platform.The AI Responder draws from three information sources to generate informed responses: Property-Specific Knowledge Document, Guest Data, and Previous Chat History. The Property-Specific Knowledge Document aids the AI in answering property-related queries with a comprehensive text of up to 800 words. Guest Data includes reservation details like the guest's name, dates, check-in and check-out times, and so on. Lastly, incorporating the Previous Chat History ensures continuity of conversation.The AI used in beta tests is interchangeably OpenAI GPT3 Davinci-003 and GPT NeoX 20B, both of which are known to deliver high-quality text often indistinguishable from human-written texts.
